Mayur Uniquoters names new auditor, re-appoints chairman and CEO

Mayur Uniquoters Limited, in its 32nd annual general meeting on September 17, 2025, approved the appointment of M/s V.M. & Associates, company secretaries, as the secretarial auditor for five consecutive years from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030. M/s V.M. & Associates, with over three decades of experience, specializes in various corporate compliance and advisory services, serving a broad spectrum of industries.

The shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Suresh Kumar Poddar as chairman and managing director and CEO for a three-year term, effective April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. Poddar, a science graduate, is recognized for his contributions to the synthetic leather industry, possessing 55 years of experience in business management and strategy. He is the father-in-law of Arun Bagaria, a whole time director, and is not debarred from holding his office by any regulatory authority.
