Kaynes Technology CEO resigns, effective October 31, 2025

Kaynes Technology India Limited announced on September 19, 2025, the resignation of Rajesh Sharma, chief executive officer and key managerial personnel. Sharma’s resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on October 31, 2025, as he intends to pursue opportunities outside the organization.

The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In his resignation letter dated September 18, 2025, Sharma expressed gratitude for his nearly four-year tenure, highlighting milestones such as a successful initial public offering, expansion of manufacturing capacities, inorganic growth, substantial revenue growth, and the creation of value for stakeholders, including market capitalization exceeding INR 50,000 Crores.
