Intellect Design Arena allots 73,797 shares under employee stock option plans

Intellect Design Arena Limited announced the allotment of 73,797 equity shares, each valued at ₹5, on September 19, 2025, under its Associate (Employees) Stock Option Plan. This allotment followed a resolution passed by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee on September 18, 2025.

The issuance includes 59,372 shares under the Intellect Stock Option Plan 2015 (ISOP 2015), 1,700 shares under the Intellect Stock Option Plan 2016 (ISOP 2016), and 12,725 shares under the Intellect Incentive Plan Scheme 2018 (IIPS 2018). These new shares rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.

As a result of this allotment, the company's issued and subscribed share capital has increased to ₹69,58,28,250, divided into 13,91,65,650 equity shares. The company had previously received in-principle approvals from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited for these schemes, with approval dates ranging from April 2016 to August and September 2019.
