Hind Rectifiers acquires BeLink Solutions, strengthens European robotics presence

Hind Rectifiers Limited has acquired France-based BeLink Solutions, an electronics R&D and manufacturing company, for a total consideration of €1 million, fully paid in cash from internal accruals. This acquisition establishes a strategic manufacturing hub in Europe for Hind Rectifiers, enhancing its global presence in robotics, EMS, and power electronics.

The transaction includes all of BeLink Solutions' business and operating assets, such as production and testing infrastructure, plant and machinery, intellectual property, technology, customer contracts, and pending purchase orders. An additional €2 million is being infused into a proposed subsidiary, with Hind Rectifiers subscribing €1 million in preference shares and taking a 66% equity stake in the remaining €1 million, while promoter group companies will subscribe to the balance 34%.

BeLink Solutions brings six fully automated production lines and advanced testing equipment. The acquired entity is projected to generate €13 million in revenue for 2025, with an additional €10 million in pending orders for 2026, indicating strong revenue visibility and growth potential for Hind Rectifiers in key markets.
