Global Health concludes 21st AGM, declares 25% dividend

Global Health Limited held its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, September 19, 2025, via video conferencing. The remote e-voting facility for members commenced on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and closed on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. (IST). An e-voting facility was also available during the AGM, which concluded at 12:52 P.M.

During the AGM, shareholders adopted the standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. A final dividend of 25% of face value per equity share for the same financial year was declared. Key appointments and re-appointments were also approved, including Ravi Kant Jaipuria as director, Vikram Singh Mehta and Hari Shanker Bhartia as independent directors for their second terms, and Dr. Naresh Trehan as chairman and managing director.

Furthermore, the appointment of Ramanath Iyer & Co. as cost auditors for financial year 2025-26 and MAKS & CO. as secretarial auditors were approved. The consolidated voting results will be disseminated to the stock exchanges and made available on the company’s website and NSDL on or before September 21, 2025.
