Garden Reach Shipbuilders Update: Financials, Dividends, Directors Approved

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. (GRSE) announced the voting results of its 109th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 19, 2025. All nine resolutions, comprising both ordinary and special business, were passed with the requisite majority.

Key approvals include the adoption of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. Shareholders also confirmed an interim dividend of ₹8.95 per equity share and declared a final dividend of ₹4.90 per equity share, totaling a dividend of ₹13.85 per equity share for 2024-25.

Additionally, the appointment of Cdr. Shantanu Bose, IN (Retd.) as a director, Kamleshbhai Shashikantbhai Mirani as an independent director, Capt. Sunil Kumar Panangadan, IN (Retd.) as the whole-time director (corporate planning and personnel), and Rajeev Prakash as the government nominee director were approved. The remuneration of statutory auditors and cost auditors for the 2025-26 fiscal year and the appointment of the secretarial auditor were also ratified.
