G R Infraprojects expands scope to energy, water infrastructure

G R Infraprojects Limited’s members, during their annual general meeting on September 19, 2025, approved significant alterations to the company’s memorandum of association. The amendments aim to broaden the scope of business to include energy, solar, and water infrastructure projects, as well as the manufacturing of electric panels and other electrical equipment. This expansion aligns with emerging opportunities in the infrastructure and energy sectors.

In a related development, the company also announced the appointment of M/s. Ronak Jhuthawat & Co. as its secretarial auditors. This appointment, effective for a five-year term from the financial year 2025-26 through 2029-30, was based on recommendations from the audit committee and board of directors. M/s. Ronak Jhuthawat & Co. brings over 11 years of experience in corporate and industrial laws.
