Brigade secures investment, expands presence with Chennai showcase

Brigade Enterprises Limited announced on September 19, 2025, that its Twin Towers in North-West Bengaluru attracted an investment of ₹126 crores from Shruti Pai, creative director at Manipal Education and Medical Group International India Pvt. Ltd. This investment reinforces North-West Bengaluru’s emergence as a key commercial hub. A Meraqi-Brigade study projects the region to capture nearly 30% of overall office absorption by H2 2025.

Concurrently, Brigade Group will host its inaugural "Brigade Showcase Chennai 2025" on September 20 and 21, 2025, at the Leela Palace, Chennai. This flagship property exhibition will feature Brigade’s residential and commercial projects across Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mysuru. The event, an expansion of a successful Bengaluru series, aims to showcase new launches, completed projects, and offer exclusive deals.

Pavitra Shankar, managing director, Brigade Enterprises Limited, highlighted a planned investment of ₹8,000 crores over the next six to seven years in Chennai, underscoring the company's long-term commitment to the city.
