AstraZeneca India's legal head Pankaj Jain resigns

AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited has informed stock exchanges that Pankaj Jain, currently the head – legal, will depart the company. Jain has decided to pursue his career outside the organization and will complete his handover period by the close of business hours on October 31, 2025. The company is actively seeking a suitable replacement for this key position.

According to Annexure-A, the reason for the change is Pankaj Jain's resignation to pursue a career outside the company, with the effective date of cessation being October 31, 2025.
