Advait Energy Transitions holds AGM, approves dividend and director appointments

Advait Energy Transitions Limited, formerly Advait Infratech Limited, conducted its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, September 19, 2025, in Ahmedabad. The meeting, chaired by dinesh patel, commenced at 3:30 p.m. IST and concluded at 4:15 p.m. IST. Shareholders approved the audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.

A significant outcome of the AGM was the declaration of a dividend of INR 1.75 per equity share of INR 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. This dividend is slated for credit to members within 30 days of the AGM's conclusion. shalin sheth was re-appointed as a director, and M/s V. Goswami & Co. were re-appointed as the statutory auditors. tejpal singh bisht was appointed as an independent director.

Further approvals included a loan to Advait Greenergy Private Limited under Section 185 of the Companies Act, 2013, and authorization for the board to borrow money and create charges on the company's assets. Material related-party transactions with Advait Greenergy Private Limited were also sanctioned.
