Adani Green Energy forms two new renewable energy subsidiaries

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited, has incorporated two new wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries: Adani Ecogen One Limited (AE1L) and Adani Ecogen Two Limited (AE2L). These entities were incorporated on September 19, 2025, with Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited holding 100% of their share capital. Both AE1L and AE2L are registered with the Registrar of Companies in Gujarat, Ahmedabad.

Each newly formed entity has an authorized and paid-up capital of Rs. 1,00,000. As of their incorporation date, neither AE1L nor AE2L has commenced business operations, hence their turnover is nil. The primary objective of these subsidiaries is to generate, develop, transform, distribute, transmit, sell, and supply various forms of power or electrical energy utilizing wind, solar, or other renewable sources.

The incorporation of AE1L and AE2L aligns with AGEL’s strategy to expand its presence in the renewable energy generation sector. The announcement confirms these details as required by SEBI regulations.
