Welspun Enterprises clarifies no price-sensitive developments behind volume increase

Welspun Enterprises Limited ("the company") issued a clarification on September 18, 2025, in response to an email from the stock exchanges concerning an increase in the volume of its securities. The company stated that there are no new events, information, or developments of a price-sensitive nature that require disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company further informed that it continuously explores business opportunities within its ordinary course of operations. Any future unpublished price-sensitive information or events arising from these activities will be duly disclosed to the stock exchanges as and when required, in compliance with applicable listing regulations.
