Wanbury reappoints executive director, appoints secretarial auditor

Wanbury Limited's 36th Annual General Meeting, held on September 18, 2025, resulted in the re-appointment of Chandran Krishnamoorthy as executive director for a five-year term, effective from September 18, 2025, to September 17, 2030. Krishnamoorthy has been with Wanbury since 2010 and brings over three decades of experience in corporate leadership and governance to his role.

Additionally, the company approved the appointment of Kala Agarwal, a practicing company secretary from Mumbai, as the secretarial auditor for a period of five consecutive years, covering FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. Agarwal has over two decades of experience in corporate law, compliance management, and governance advisory.
