V-Guard announces resignation of switches and switchgears business head

V-Guard Industries Limited announced the resignation of Manoj Panditrao Dalal, the business head (switches & switchgears), from his position as a senior managerial personnel. The resignation is effective September 14, 2025.

The company formally disclosed this change to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 18, 2025. This notification aligns with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and subsequent amendments.

Dalal's departure was confirmed through a formal resignation letter dated September 17, 2025, in which he cited his last working day as September 14, 2025. Vikas Kumar Tak, company secretary & compliance officer, signed the intimation on behalf of V-Guard Industries Limited.
