Ujjivan Small Finance Bank schedules investor and analyst meetings

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited about upcoming investor and analyst meetings scheduled for September 2025. These meetings are being held under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015.

On September 23, 2025, the bank will hold a virtual meeting in Bangalore with multiple entities, including Aum Capital, LGT PMS, Subhkam Ventures, Robocapital, and IIFL Capital PMS. This meeting is scheduled from 04:00 PM to 05:00 PM. A subsequent virtual conference is planned for September 24, 2025, in Bangalore, from 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM, with Arihant Capital.

The bank confirmed that no unpublished price sensitive information will be shared during these meetings, and changes may occur due to company exigencies. The intimation was issued on September 18, 2025, by Sanjeev Barnwal, company secretary and head of regulatory framework.
