TTK Prestige announces passing of promoter group member T T Venkatesh

TTK Prestige Limited announced the sudden demise of T T Venkatesh, a member of the promoter and promoter group, on September 17, 2025. The company conveyed deep sorrow and condolences to his family, stating his passing is an irreparable loss to the company and all its directors and employees. This intimation was made today, September 18, 2025, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Venkatesh held 3,170,432 shares, representing 2.32% of the company's total holding, in his personal capacity. Additionally, he was a partner with a 14% share in M/s T T Krishnamachari & Co., another promoter of TTK Prestige, which holds 82,767,238 equity shares, amounting to 60.44% of the company.

Following his demise, Venkatesh will cease to be a part of the promoter group in accordance with SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015. The transmission of his shareholding to his nominees will be processed, and his name will be reflected in the shareholding records until the conclusion of this transmission.
