Texmaco Rail wins significant wagon order from Ultratech Cement

Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd. has secured a significant order valued at INR 86.85 crore from Ultratech Cement Limited. The order is for the supply of BCFC wagons along with brake vans, reinforcing Texmaco's position in the rail infrastructure sector.

The company is mandated to deliver the entire order by March 2026. This domestic contract highlights Texmaco's continued contribution to national industrial and logistics capabilities.

According to the announcement, neither the promoter nor promoter group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order. This ensures the transaction is not a related party transaction and was conducted at "arm's length," in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
