Sudarshan Chemical board to review Q1 2025 financials

Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter that concluded on June 30, 2025. This meeting is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
