Sterling Tools to host virtual analyst and investor meeting

Sterling Tools Limited has scheduled a virtual analyst and institutional investor meeting for September 23, 2025, commencing at 01:00 PM onwards. This "Group Meeting," organized by Arihant Conference, will discuss company performance and strategy with key financial stakeholders.

The company states that discussions will focus on publicly available information, with no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) intended to be discussed. Sterling Tools also noted that changes to the schedule might occur due to exigencies from participants or the company. This intimation is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
