Senior manager resigns from Kennametal India

Kennametal India Limited (KIL) announced the resignation of Raghavendra S, director - manufacturing and factory manager.

Raghavendra S, categorized as senior management personnel, will depart from his position at the close of business hours on September 18, 2025. He cited an opportunity outside of Kennametal as the reason for his departure.

The resignation was communicated via a disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. This filing also included a copy of Raghavendra S's resignation letter.

Raghavendra S expressed gratitude to Kennametal India Limited's board of directors and management for their support during his tenure. The company has formally acknowledged his resignation.
