Reliance completes subsidiary merger, schedules investor meeting

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has completed the amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Reliance Exploration & Production DMCC, with Reliance Industries (Middle East) DMCC, effective September 16, 2025. The certificate of amalgamation was received on September 17, 2025.

The company also announced its executives will participate in the JP Morgan India Investor Summit, an institutional investors' meeting organized by a third party, on September 23, 2025, in Mumbai. This event is expected to involve one-on-one discussions with investors.

RIL confirmed that no unpublished price sensitive information is planned to be shared or discussed during the investor meeting. These disclosures were made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
