Rajasthan Gases reports significant profit increase in corrected June quarter financials

Rajasthan Gases Limited reported a significant increase in its profit for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, with a profit before tax of INR 960.17 Lakhs. This is a substantial rise compared to INR 169.29 Lakhs in the preceding quarter and a loss of INR 7.03 Lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Revenue from operations for the quarter also saw a dramatic increase to INR 983.87 Lakhs, up from INR 179.88 Lakhs in the prior quarter and INR 823.26 Lakhs in the year ended March 31, 2025.

The company's total expenses for the June 2025 quarter were INR 23.70 Lakhs, compared to INR 10.59 Lakhs in the previous quarter. Basic and diluted earnings per equity share for continuing operations stood at INR 1.25 for the current quarter, a significant improvement from INR 0.09 in the previous quarter and a loss of INR 0.01 in the corresponding quarter last year.

These revised unaudited financial statements were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board of directors on August 14, 2025. Rahul S Gupta & Associates, chartered accountants, issued an unmodified opinion on the Limited Review Report for the quarter.
