Punglia shares partially sold for company funding: Update

Vishnu Prakash Punglia, Sanjay Kumar Punglia, and Ajay Pungalia, all promoters of Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Limited, have individually divested shares in the company through open market sales on September 15, 2025. This collective sale aimed at generating liquidity for intended infusion of funds into the company.

Vishnu Prakash Punglia sold 150,000 shares, reducing his holding from 9.647% (120,250,000 shares) to 9.527% (118,750,000 shares). Sanjay Kumar Punglia divested 550,117 shares, decreasing his stake from 6.185% (77,100,000 shares) to 5.744% (71,598,833 shares). Ajay Pungalia sold 350,000 shares, lowering his holding from 6.498% (81,000,000 shares) to 6.217% (77,500,000 shares). The total equity share capital of the company remains at 124,644,000 shares of INR 10 each.
