Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers' promoter group boosts stake

The Majestic Packaging Co. Pvt. Ltd., a promoter entity of Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, acquired 2,500 equity shares of the company through open market transactions on September 17, 2025. This acquisition was carried out on the stock exchanges.

Following this acquisition, The Majestic Packaging Co. Pvt. Ltd. now holds 22,079,510 shares, representing 22.76% of the total share/voting capital. The total equity share capital of Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers remains at INR 96,989,200 (96,989,200 equity shares of Re. 1 each).

As a result of this transaction, the aggregate shareholding of the "promoter/promoter group" in Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers has increased to 72.57% of the current issued capital.
