Polycab India allots shares, schedules investor meetings

Polycab India Limited's Finance and Operations Committee, at its meeting on September 17, 2025, allotted 2,200 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10, to eligible employees. This allotment was made following the exercise of options under the Polycab Employee Stock Option Performance Scheme 2018.

Separately, Polycab India also disclosed its upcoming investor and analyst meeting schedule. The company will hold a physical one-on-one meeting with IIFL Capital Services Limited in Mumbai on September 23, 2025. A virtual one-on-one meeting is scheduled with Citadel Securities in Mumbai on September 26, 2025.
