Pitti Engineering to host investor meetings at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar plant

Pitti Engineering Limited will conduct meetings with analysts and institutional investors on September 24 and 25, 2025. These "Group Meetings" are scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM (IST) onwards at the company's plant in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. The company stated that discussions will be based on publicly available information, and no unpublished price-sensitive information is intended to be discussed.

The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015. Pitti Engineering informed both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited about the scheduled events. The company also noted that changes to the schedule might occur due to exigencies on the part of participants or the company.
