Peterhouse Investments India reduces Usha Martin stake

Prior to this transaction, Peterhouse Investments India Limited held 5,466,529 equity shares, constituting 1.79% of Usha Martin's total voting capital. Following the sale, its holding decreased to 5,266,529 equity shares, representing 1.72% of the company's total voting capital.

Usha Martin Limited's total equity share capital and voting capital remains INR 30,47,41,780 both before and after the sale. This disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
