Nirlon board to appoint new independent director

Nirlon Limited announced a Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) and board meeting scheduled for September 26, 2025. The primary agenda is to consider the proposed appointment of Chandresh Haridas Ruparel as an additional non-executive independent director.
