Niranjan Shah boosts stake in Renaissance Global

Niranjan Shah, acting in concert with other persons, disclosed an acquisition of 18,480 equity shares of Renaissance Global Limited on September 16, 2025. This open market purchase increased his total holding to 30,845 shares, representing a 0.03% stake in the company's total voting capital, both before and after dilution.

Prior to this acquisition, Shah held 12,365 shares, amounting to 0.01% of the total voting capital. The newly acquired shares represent 0.02% of the total voting capital. The shares were acquired at Rs. 2/- each.

The total equity share capital and voting capital of Renaissance Global Limited remains Rs. 21,45,75,942/-, comprising 10,72,87,971 shares, both before and after this acquisition. The disclosure was made to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
