Jupiter Wagons reclassifies promoter to public shareholder, adjusts ownership

Jupiter Wagons Limited has received approval from both the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE Limited for the reclassification of Ms. Sagarika Gupta from the ‘Promoter’ category to ‘Public’ shareholder category, effective September 18, 2025. This decision follows an application submitted on August 14, 2025, in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The reclassification has resulted in a minor adjustment to the company’s shareholding pattern. Prior to the reclassification, the promoters & promoter group held 289.11m shares, representing 68.11% of total holdings, while the public held 135.38m shares, or 31.89%.

Following the reclassification, the promoters & promoter group's holding has slightly decreased to 289.05m shares (68.09%), and the public shareholding has increased to 135.43m shares (31.91%). The total number of shares remains unchanged at 424.49m.
