ICICI Bank allots equity shares under employee stock scheme

ICICI Bank has allotted 39,204 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹2, on September 18, 2025. This allotment falls under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Unit Scheme-2022.

The bank confirmed that the allotment received approval from two executive directors today at 11:20 a.m. This approval was granted pursuant to the power delegated by the board of directors of ICICI Bank during a meeting held on October 21, 2023.

The announcement was signed by Prashant Jagjivan Mistry, a member of the associate leadership team.
