Gulshan Polyols appoints two new non-executive directors

Gulshan Polyols Limited (GULPOLY) today announced the appointment of Mr. Rahul Jain and Ms. Anubha Gupta as non-executive directors, effective October 1, 2025. The appointments were approved by company members at the 25th Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2025.

Mr. Rahul Jain has been appointed as a non-executive independent director for a two-year term, from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2027. Mr. Jain, a fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, brings over 15 years of experience in cost and management accounting, having founded Rahul Jain & Associates in 2011.

Ms. Anubha Gupta has been appointed as a non-executive and non-independent director, effective October 1, 2025. Ms. Gupta holds a postgraduate diploma in the history of art and a B.A. (Hons) in English Literature. She is an entrepreneur with over a decade of diverse leadership experience, involved in hydropower projects, hospitality ventures, strategic investments, and the family business. Ms. Arushi Jain, Ms. Aditi Pasari, and Ms. Anubha Gupta are daughters of Dr. Chandra Kumar Jain, a promoter of the company.
