Fiem Industries promoters divest significant stake

Aanchal Jain, Seema Jain, and Rahul Jain, promoters of Fiem Industries Limited, collectively sold 1,170,000 equity shares, representing 4.45% of the company's total equity, through open market transactions on September 17, 2025. Each promoter individually divested 390,000 shares, amounting to a 1.48% stake for each.

Prior to the sale, the combined holding of the selling promoters and persons acting in concert (PACs), including Jagjeevan Kumar Jain and Fiem Applied Technologies Pvt. Ltd., was 15,518,314 shares, or 58.96% of the total voting capital. Following the disposal, their collective stake now stands at 14,348,314 shares, reducing their holding to 54.52%.

The total equity share capital of Fiem Industries Limited remains at Rs. 26,31,96,600, both before and after the transaction. The disclosure confirms a substantial change in promoter shareholding.
