Datamatics Global Services holds 37th AGM, approves dividend and re-appoints director

Datamatics Global Services Limited held its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, September 18, 2025, via video conferencing. The meeting commenced at 11:30 A.M. IST and concluded at 12:20 P.M. IST. Key attendees included Dr. Lalit S. Kanodia, chairman of the board, and Mr. Rahul L. Kanodia, vice chairman & CEO, who delivered speeches. A total of 58 members were present, establishing the requisite quorum.

Shareholders approved the audited consolidated and standalone financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. The company also declared a final dividend of INR 5/- per equity share, representing 100% of the face value of INR 5/- each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. Additionally, Mr. Rahul Kanodia was re-appointed as he retired by rotation and offered himself for re-appointment.

M/s. Tushar Shridharani & Associates LLP were appointed as the secretarial auditor of the company. Remote e-voting was available from September 13, 2025, to September 17, 2025, with an additional e-voting facility during the AGM. The combined results of the voting will be communicated to the stock exchanges and uploaded on the company’s website within two working days.
