Century Plyboards reappoints key directors, including chairman and managing director

Century Plyboards (India) Limited confirmed the reappointments of key directors at its annual general meeting on September 18, 2025. Sajjan Bhajanka was reappointed as chairman and managing director for another five-year term, effective April 1, 2026. Keshav Bhajanka was also reappointed as an executive director for a further five years, commencing January 28, 2026.

Shareholders also approved the reappointments of Ajay Baldawa and Nikita Bansal, both of whom retired by rotation. Ajay Baldawa, aged 68 with 43 years of experience, holds 75,000 equity shares, while Nikita Bansal, aged 36 with 14 years of experience, holds 69,200 equity shares in the company.

The company confirmed that all reappointed directors are not debarred from holding office by any SEBI order or authority, aligning with regulatory requirements. The reappointments underscore continuity in the company's leadership.
