Capacit'e Infraprojects wins $1.5bn ultra-luxury tower contract in Mumbai

Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has secured an order valued at ₹1,518 Crore, excluding taxes and cess, from Hubtown for its "25 Downtown" project. This contract involves the construction of ultra-luxury residential towers in Mumbai, falling under the Super High-Rise category.

The order encompasses the construction of four ultra-luxury super high-rise residential towers in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. The project will feature lavish amenities, including a clubhouse and penthouses, with views of the Willingdon Golf Course and the Arabian Sea. The company confirmed that neither its promoters, promoter group, nor any group companies hold an interest in the awarding entities, ensuring the order does not fall under related party transactions.

In accordance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited's securities will remain closed for up to 48 hours following the dissemination of this disclosure. This work order is part of the company's ordinary civil contracting operations, reinforcing its position in the high-rise and super high-rise building construction sector.
