BEML appoints Sachin Dighde director of defence business

BEML Limited has announced the appointment of Shri Sachin Dighde as the director (defence business) to its board, effective today, September 18, 2025. This appointment was made by the President of India, as per Article 97 of the company's Articles of Association and in compliance with Regn.30 read with Para A(7) of Part A to Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015.

Shri Dighde is an accomplished engineer with over three decades of expertise. Prior to joining BEML, he served as chief of rolling stock at the Ministry of Railways. His extensive experience includes managing complex engineering operations and strategic projects, reflecting a long tenure of service to the Government of India.

The company has confirmed that Shri Dighde is not debarred from holding a directorship by any SEBI order or other authority, and he has no inter-se relationship with existing directors of BEML.
