Bartronics board to meet on strategic investments, name change

Bartronics India Limited has announced its board of directors will convene on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. The meeting, called under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, will address several key business transactions.

The agenda includes proposals for a strategic investment with Huwel Life Sciences Private Limited, aimed at fostering growth and collaborative opportunities, subject to necessary approvals. Additionally, the board will consider broader investment proposals and related matters, as well as a significant proposal to change the company's name.
