Artson appoints Subhra Gourisaria as additional director

Artson Limited announced the appointment of Subhra Gourisaria as an additional director (non-executive), effective September 15, 2025. This clarification follows an inquiry from BSE regarding the company's disclosure under SEBI (LODR) regulations. The board of directors approved the resolution on September 15, 2025, with the disclosure made on September 17, 2025, upon receiving the requisite approvals.

Gourisaria is a rank-holder chartered accountant with over two decades of experience in business finance, financial strategy, and operations across diverse sectors. She holds a diploma in IFRS from ACCA. Before joining Tata Projects Limited as cfo in July 2025, she served as cfo of Rallis India Limited for over four years, where she garnered multiple awards for annual reports, sustainability reporting, and fund management.

Her career also includes 14 years at Hindustan Unilever Limited, where she held various finance roles, including cfo for home care business, South Asia. Gourisaria began her professional journey in 2003 with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), managing several joint ventures in the oil & gas sector. Artson Limited confirmed that Gourisaria is not related to any existing director and is not debarred from holding the office of director by any SEBI order.
