Tube Investments: Yanmar Coromandel seeks reclassification to public shareholder category

Tube Investments of India Limited announced today, September 17, 2025, the receipt of a letter from M/s. Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions Private Ltd. Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions, currently part of the company's promoter group, is seeking reclassification to the 'public' category of shareholders under Regulation 31A of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

As of the date of the request letter, M/s. Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions Private Limited holds nil paid-up equity shares, resulting in nil percentage shareholding. This reclassification will require approval from the board of directors of Tube Investments of India Limited, as well as no-objection letters from both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.

The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Regulation 31(A)(8) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The communication was addressed to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd.
