Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) company secretary resigns

Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited (TTML) has announced the resignation of Vrushali Dhamnaskar from her roles as company secretary and compliance officer, effective close of business on December 13, 2025, or an alternative mutually agreed-upon date. Dhamnaskar is departing to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the organization. The company acknowledged her resignation in a filing dated September 17, 2025.

Following her resignation, Dhamnaskar will also cease to be a key managerial personnel under Regulation 30(5) of the Listing Regulations, impacting the determination of materiality for events and information, as well as disclosures to stock exchanges. The company clarified that there are no material reasons for her resignation beyond her pursuit of other opportunities.
