Synergy Green Industries sets key dates for dividend, AGM voting

Synergy Green Industries Limited has set Wednesday, September 17, 2025, as the record date for determining members entitled to the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. This decision, communicated on September 16, 2025, follows the disclosure submitted on September 28, 2025, regarding the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and annual report. The final dividend payment is contingent upon approval by shareholders at the ensuing 15th AGM.
