Surana Solar converts Fabcity land to freehold, strengthens assets

Surana Solar Limited has achieved a significant milestone by converting its Fabcity land, where its solar module manufacturing plant is located, from Special Economic Zone (SEZ) status to a freehold property. This transition follows requisite approvals from relevant authorities, including the TGIIC, government of Telangana.

This strategic move solidifies the company's ownership of the land, which houses a modern solar module manufacturing plant. The conversion is expected to strengthen Surana Solar's operational infrastructure and significantly enhance its long-term asset base.

The announcement was made on September 16, 2025, with Mangilal Narender Surana, director, signing the communication.
