Shraddha Prime Projects declares final dividend, appoints new directors

Shraddha Prime Projects Ltd. concluded its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 17, 2025, held via video conference. The company approved its audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, and declared a final dividend of Re. 0.20 (twenty paisa) per equity share for the same period. The record date for determining eligibility for this final dividend is Wednesday, September 24, 2025, with payment scheduled on or before Thursday, October 16, 2025.

During the AGM, shareholders also confirmed the interim dividend paid for FY 2024-25. Additionally, the company appointed Ramchandra Krishnakant Ralkar and Santosh Sadashiv Samant as non-executive directors. M/s ND & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, were appointed as the secretarial auditor for a five-year term from financial year 2025-26 to 2029-30.
