Saurabh Mittal increases Greenlam Industries stake via internal transfer

Saurabh Mittal, a promoter of Greenlam Industries Limited, has increased his shareholding by 5,611,800 equity shares, reaching a total of 28,903,510 shares, representing an 11.33% stake in the company. This change occurred on September 15, 2025, via an inter-se transfer within the promoter group, as disclosed under SEBI regulations.

The acquisition involved transfers from Shiv Prakash Mittal, who disposed of 5,060,000 shares, and Santosh Mittal, who disposed of 551,800 shares. Prior to this transaction, Saurabh Mittal held 9.13% of the total share capital. Following the acquisition, the combined promoter and promoter group shareholding remains at 50.98%, totaling 130,086,620 shares.

The total equity share capital of Greenlam Industries Limited before and after the acquisition/sale stood at 255,147,702 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs.1. The transaction primarily reallocated ownership within the existing promoter and persons acting in concert structure, maintaining the overall group control.
