RPP Infra Projects sets AGM, dividend record date

RPP Infra Projects Limited’s Board of Directors, at a meeting on September 6, 2025, approved the notice for the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and its requisite annexures. The AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. (IST), and will be conducted via Video Conference/other Audio Visual Means.

The company has set the book closure period from September 24, 2025, to September 30, 2025. Remote e-voting will commence on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and conclude on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. (IST), with a cutoff date for e-voting of September 23, 2025. CDSL has been appointed as the intermediate agency for e-voting, and M/s. Lakshmmi Subramanian & Associates will serve as the scrutinizer.

Additionally, the Board has fixed September 23, 2025, as the record date for determining members' entitlement to the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Board Meeting concluded at 3:15 PM on September 6, 2025.
