Reliance Communications creditors to meet Thursday

Reliance Communications Limited announced its 65th meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) will take place on Thursday, September 18, 2025. This notification aligns with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("LODR").

The company is currently undergoing a corporate insolvency resolution process as per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Since June 28, 2019, its affairs, business, and assets have been managed by resolution professional Anish Niranjan Nanavaty. This appointment was made by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, via an order dated June 21, 2019.
