Lodha Developers refers director resignation for investigation

Lodha Developers Limited issued an update on September 17, 2025, regarding the resignation of Mr. Rajendra Lodha. Following an intimation dated August 18, 2025, the company stated it has decided to refer the matter to appropriate authorities for investigation based on information gathered through inquiries.

The company emphasized its strict zero-tolerance policy for misconduct, regardless of an individual's seniority. Rajendra Lodha resigned from all positions within the organization on August 17, 2025, at the company's request. Lodha Developers also noted that Mr. Lodha is a distant relative (fourth-degree) of the company's managing director & CEO, for transparency.

In response to the incident, Lodha Developers has conducted a comprehensive review of its processes related to Mr. Lodha's former role, engaging an independent external firm. The recommendations from this review are currently being implemented with immediate effect.
