ISGEC Heavy Engineering announces director appointments and re-designations

ISGEC Heavy Engineering Limited has disclosed a series of directorial appointments and re-designations approved at its 92nd annual general meeting on September 16, 2025. Kishore Chatnani, who was liable to retire by rotation, has been re-appointed as a director. Additionally, Rajiv Roy Chaudhury and Vivek Dhir have been appointed as independent directors, each for a five-year term effective from July 8, 2025, to July 7, 2030.

Further leadership changes see Kishore Chatnani re-designated as joint managing director, effective October 1, 2025. In this expanded role, he will also continue as chief financial officer and key managerial personnel. Concurrently, Sanjay Gulati has been re-designated as joint managing director, also effective October 1, 2025, and will continue as head – manufacturing units.

All these appointments and re-designations are in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and other applicable regulations. The company also confirmed that the composition of its board of directors remains compliant with the provisions of the Listing Regulations.
