InterGlobe Aviation confirms Amitabh Kant's director appointment

InterGlobe Aviation Limited announced that Amitabh Kant's appointment as an additional director, in the capacity of non-executive non-independent director, is effective from September 15, 2025. This follows the company's receipt of the requisite security clearance from the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) on the same date.

The appointment was previously communicated to exchanges on July 3, 2025, and was subject to security clearance from MoCA and approval from the company's shareholders. Kant's director identification number (DIN) is 00222708.
